At Dar al Hikmah, we strive to keep our supply chain efficient to fulfill your orders promptly. However, occasional production or supply chain discrepancies may occur, preventing us from fulfilling all items at purchase. In such cases, we will contact you to decide if you wish to wait for the ordered item's manufacturing or prefer to cancel the order.

Shipping Costs

Dar al Hikmah offers free delivery over Rs 2500 across Pakistan, ensuring a hassle-free experience where customers are not burdened by shipping costs.

Delivery Terms

3.1 Standard Delivery Time: Our delivery timeframe is 3 – 5 working days, allowing us to craft these unique artworks from scratch upon receiving your order.

3.2 Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. Our warehouse operates from Monday - Thursday & Saturday - Sunday , during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when it will be closed. We minimize shipment delays in these instances.

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address: Requests for delivery address changes can be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.

3.4 Items Delayed: If an item is delayed for production reasons, we'll dispatch the ready items immediately and send the remaining items once they're ready.

3.5 Delivery Time Exceeded: Should delivery time exceed expectations, please contact us for an investigation. 

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email or a text message from Dar al Hikmah & courier company with a tracking ID to monitor their shipment's progress.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
